After configuring your Web Portal, the next step will be to familiarize yourself with our software. These seven videos will give you a good idea of how FolloSOFT is set up. It’s important to give yourself time to familiarize yourself with the different menus and functionalities. To avoid feeling overwhelmed, our dedicated customer service team is available to help whenever you have questions. Just like taking on a new course, it can take some time to absorb everything, so be easy on yourself.
