Dispatch

This function allows you to centralize dispatch management in one place, so you don't have to go back to each contract to consult or change them. It is accessed through the menu via Operations > Dispatch.

Note that it is not possible to create a dispatch on this page. To do so, you must open the desired contract and create one under the “Dispatch” tab. Once created, it then appears on one of these pages.

The selective display of existing dispatches is carried out either using the search engine, via the selection criterias or  by a combination of the two. The search is available at the top of the page and allows you to display one or more dispatches based on the work address of the contract, while numerous criterias are available for searching for dispatches based on their state.

You can export dispatchs to an Excel file by clicking on the table icon located at the top right. Note that only information relating to the dispatches currently displayed on the screen will be included in the file. 

 

Edit a dispatch

To modify the information of a dispatch, tap on its address, make the desired changes and Save our work.
