This tab in the contract allows you to set up a task to be carried out outside normal operations. It can be used to resume an incorrectly performed operation, or to add an unscheduled task.
The new window lets you define the
characteristics of the task to be performed.
The important elements to take into consideration are:
· the Company performing the task
· the Type of service involved
· the Status, which corresponds to the level of progress
· the Details, which includes a description of the task to be performed
·
the Service to be
performed
· The Assigned to is the operator who will carry out the task. If a user is selected, only this user will see the dispatch appear on the tablet, whereas if the option is left empty, all operators will be able to carry out the requested task.
It is also possible to add one or more pictures to document or explain the task. And don't forget to Save.
Simply click on one of dispatch listed to view
the details of the request. You'll then have the opportunity to change existing
information or add new ones, as the job evolves.
