The top of the window features various tools (filters and labels) to select and navigate through the list of contracts displayed in the lower part of the page.
Search for a Specific Contract:
Use the search engine (magnifying glass icon) to target contracts by specifying the work address, street name, contract number, client's phone number, or other contract characteristics.
Combine the search engine with the selection tool below to filter contracts based on various criteria, such as status (active, renewal, etc.).
Multiple criteria can be combined for refined searches. The choices within the same criterion are treated as OR, while choices in different criteria are treated as AND.
Clicking "Clear Filters" removes all selections, displaying all contracts for the current administrative year.
Use the navigation tool to move within the displayed contract list.
The number of contracts per screen is determined by the selection in the dropdown list on the far right of the tool.
The numbers between the arrows indicate the currently displayed page, and those under the arrows show the total number of contracts and their total monetary value.
Contract Details:
The list displays a summary of contract characteristics, including status, contract number, season, and the involved company's logo.
Contract details include contract type, work address, contract reference number, client name, and associated labels.
The contract number is unique, and each contract gets a different number even if related to the same property in different years.
Contract Actions:
Icons on the right of the contract rectangle offer various actions:
First icon: View the contract in PDF format.
Second icon: Clone the contract with identical details, except for the validity year.
Third icon: Access the price history for different service types.
Add information on services included in each displayed contract.
Toggle the "Price" selector to green in the header to view and modify services.
Click the green disk icon to save changes or the red trash can icon to delete services.
Contract Operations:
Access contract details by clicking on the contract address.
Change the contract status by selecting the status badge, then using the "Modify Status" window.
Create a Quote:
- Click the "Quote" button at the top of the window to create a new quote.
