This tool enables you to modify elements of several contracts simultaneously; their status, for example.
To access this function, select Tools from the menu, then Batch Operations. A list of operations already carried out appears where you can see, for each of them, the type of operation, its status and the name of the user who performed the task. The possible values for statuses are "En cours" and "Exécuté", followed by the time at which the batch operation took place. The Download Changes button allows you to consult an Excel file containing the list of contracts affected by the associated batch operation, in addition to the initial (before the operation was carried out) and final (after the operation) values. By selecting Filters, the user will be able to consult in detail the selection criteria used for this operation.
Create a batch operation
To create a new batch operation, simply click on the Create button at the top right-hand corner of the interface.
In the gray block at the center of the page, you'll need to choose the selection criteria that will enable you to identify the contracts to be covered by the batch operation: the type of contract (snow removal or landscaping), the year of the services rendered, the status of the contracts, the road to which the contracts are assigned, etc. The number of contracts meeting all the selected criteria will then appear at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Then, go to the right-hand column to select the type of operation to be performed on the chosen contracts. The operations available are:
add a route
add a label
delete discounts
set submission date
set print date
change status
add or delete service
bill extra snow
add or delete discounts
transfer balance
The step for determining which contracts will be affected by the operation is now complete. Press Next to define the final value of the contracts following the operation. Note that on this page, the options available will depend on the modifications to be carried out.
Once the choices have been made, press Execute to start the process, bearing in mind that once executed, a batch operation CANNOT be reversed.
