Summary

SUMMARY TAB

Via the client's contract, access the "Occupant" tab.

The Summary tab allows you to access important information about the contract, such as billing details and key dates.
  1. Internal No.: Internal contract number, in case you have an internal billing system.
  2. Year: The current contract year.
  3. Company: In the event of multiple companies, you must choose the one to associate with the present contract.
  4. Term: Specifies the contract's validity duration when it exceeds one year. In subsequent years, the contract term will automatically increment. For example, if you signed a three-year contract (1/3) in 2000-2001, when the contract migrates to 2001-2002, the term will be adjusted to 2/3.
  5. Installment: The number of authorized installments for the contract.

Billing Section:

Initially, you see the name of the contract signatory and the billing address. This address can be the same or different from the work location address, which is specified in the Location tab. In the absence of a known client for this contract, the name will be replaced with "To the Occupant," and this term will be used in all communications.

The next icon should be used when the contract needs to be transferred from one client to another without changing other elements. This functionality is useful in cases of relocation or property sales.

If your company uses representatives, you can assign the contract to a representative from the corresponding drop-down list.

Operational information about the contract.

  1. Permit: Enter the permit number in the case of municipal contracts, for example.
  2. Keys: Enter the code that unlocks access to the work location.
  3. Hours: Enter the permitted visit hours. Internal Notes: Notes entered here will not appear on the contract.
  4. Route: Using drop-down lists, assign the contract to one or more routes for one or more offered services. Routes are grouped by type (shoveling, spreading, etc.) as defined in the Management - Services option in the menu.

Dates Section:

Key milestones in the contract's evolution are dated. When users of the web application, the mobile application (FolloTrack), or the client on the contract take action in the FolloSoft system, the operation date is automatically indicated in the various fields here. However, it is still possible to manually change the dates by clicking on the desired date and selecting the new date on the calendar. Note also that the date entered in the CREATION section will be the one that appears on the contract.
