Promotion
This feature allows you to offer a discount to customers who meet specific criteria.
The Promotions tool is accessed by selecting Tools from the menu, then choosing Promotions.
A list of all promotions created in the FolloSOFT application will appear.
Each promotion is described by its name and selection criteria. By clicking on the name of a promotion, you can access the form to modify it. Simply make your changes and press Save.
1. Create a promotion
Press the button at the top right of the page to access the form.
2. Define a promotion
Fields Description:
- Promotion - enter the name of the promotion in question.
- Begins on - select the date from which the promotion will take effect.
- Ends on - indicate the end date.
- Amount - specify the value of the proposed discount. You must first enter the value in the field and then press one of the two icons immediately to its right to designate the type of value. The icon with the blue background indicates the type of value selected. You could therefore have a $5 or 5% discount, depending on your selection.
- Option - choose whether or not the promotion appears on the contract. Green indicates that the promotion will appear on the contract, while red means that it will not.
Choose the attributes
You can then choose the attributes that define the contracts to which the promotion will be applied.
- Building - indicate the type(s) of building(s) that will benefit from this promotion.
- Services (Type) - designate the type(s) of service(s) for which the promotion will apply.
- Modalités de paiement, you specify the terms and conditions to which the promotion will apply.
- Routes - Target the route(s) that will benefit from this promotion.
