Migration to New DPC
The new DPC (Device Policy Controller) is designed to enhance the stability of ZTE tablets (models 3-4). This software component allows for the management of security policies and configurations on devices, making it essential for users of these tablets to proceed with this update. Please inform us if any issues arise during the migration to the new DPC.
Installation procedures for DPC on your ZTE tablets (3-4):
- Press and hold the power button and the volume up button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
- When you see a white screen, you will be presented with 4 options.
- Choose "Wipe data" then "Factory reset" and "Reset".
- Then, press "Back to previous page" and click on "Reboot system".
- When the blue screen appears, choose your preferred language and touch the blue screen 7 times.
- The camera will open. Scan the QR code : https://follotrac.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/dpc/enrollment/DPC_QR_CODE.png
- Select your Wi-Fi and enter the password, then click on "Next".
- Then, follow the next steps by continuously pressing "Accept and continue" and/or "Next".
- FolloSOFT (FolloTRAC) will download - please wait about thirty seconds until this is completed. The map will open as usual.
- Enter your phone number, your password, and the vehicle number if needed.
