Routes

Roads play a crucial role in the functioning of FolloSOFT. They guide operators through streets and, consequently, among contracts. The road management tool is one of the initial steps in using the application.
Access road management by clicking on Management > Routes. You will then see the list of currently available routes for the account.

This source serves as the basis for lists of routes displayed in various parts of the application:
In the Routes section of the Summary tab
  1. Within the operations map
  2. In different reports
  3. Integrated into selection filters for multiple tools.
For each existing route, the following information is displayed:
  1. The type of service associated with the route
  2. The name of the route
  3. The company logo associated with the route
  4. The state of the route
  5. A red trash can icon to delete the route.
If the status indicator is green, it means the route is active. If it's red, the route is inactive and won't appear anywhere in the FolloSOFT application or on FolloTrack.

To simplify your search for a particular route, you can use the search engine above the list. Just enter text or part of a word, and the engine will display only the routes whose names match the text.

Creating a route:

  1. Click on the "+Route" button at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select the type of service for the route, the company to which the route will be associated.
  3. Finally, enter the name of the route in the Name field.
  4. Save your work.

Modifying a route:

  1. In the list of existing routes, click on the name of the one you want to modify. Use the search engine if needed to speed up the identification of the desired route.
  2. The window that opens contains the current information about the route. Make the desired changes and click Save to keep the changes.
