1. Click on "Management" in the menu, then select "Managers".
   
2. View the complete list of representatives currently registered in your account. This list will also appear in the "Summary" tab of each contract and in the tool for selecting multiple functionalities in FolloSOFT.
   

To create a new representative:

1. Click on the "+Representative" button at the top right of the screen.
   A new line will appear at the top of the list of representatives.
2. Click on the field displaying "Add manager" and enter the name of the person you want to add. 
   
3. Once the information is entered, click on the green floppy disk icon on the far right of the line to save.
   

To modify a manager:

1. In the list of existing managers, click on the name you want to modify.
   
2. Make the desired changes, and the application will automatically save after a few seconds of inactivity.

Note that any modification will be reflected in all contracts assigned to that manager. For example, if you rename manager "Man1" to "ManA," all contracts assigned to "Man1" will now display "ManA" in the "Summary" tab of the contract.

Adding steps in point form:

1. Click on "Management" in the menu, then select "Managers."
   
2. View the list of current managers.
   
3. To create a new manager, click on "+Manager" and enter the name.
   
4. Save by clicking on the green floppy disk.
   
5. To modify, click on the existing manager and make changes.
   
6. Changes will be reflected in all associated contracts.
