Label Management
The FolloSOFT application features labels that can be assigned to both contracts and clients. These labels serve to characterize a client, for example (e.g., "Late Payer") or a contract (e.g., "Volume Discount"). Several FolloSOFT functionalities enable you to target contracts specifically with a particular label. While some labels are predefined by the application's functionality, you also have the option to create labels as per your requirements.
Label management is accessed by clicking on "Management" in the menu and then selecting the "Labels" option. Here, you can view the list of labels currently associated with your account, excluding those essential to the proper functioning of the application.
These labels form the basis of label lists displayed in various areas within the application, including contract and client sections, reports, and selection filters for multiple tools.
To create a new label:
- Click on the "+Label" button at the top right of the screen.
A new line will appear at the top of the label list. - Click on the field displaying "Add label" and enter the title of the label you want to add.
- Click on the black square to the left of the title to select the background color of the label.
- Move the circle (In the appearing window) on the color picker and then click in the rectangle to designate the desired hue.
- Click outside the color selection window to exit.
Once you've entered the information :
- Click on the green floppy disk icon on the far right of the line to save it.
To modify a label:
In the list of existing labels, click on the name of the label you want to modify. Make the desired modification, and the application will automatically save it after a few seconds of inactivity.
To delete a label:
In the list of existing labels, click on the red trash can icon on the line of the label you want to delete.
Note that the following labels cannot be modified or deleted:
- BLACKLIST
- NO SOLICITING
- OPT-IN
- OPT-OUT
- PROSPECTION
- TRANSFERRED
- VIP
