This tool lets you design the messages that will be sent to your customers by SMS in connection with the alerts. Note that messages are customized for each company part of the account.
In the menu, access the functionality via Gestion > Compagnie, then choose the desired company and press the Messages tab.
The "SMS Alerts" text boxe allow you to enter the message that will be sent by text message when the operator approaches the work address, to make sure the location is fully accessible. Next come the "SMS Alert Validation" text box, which allow you to indicate the message that will be sent, so that the recipient can confirm that they wish to receive the alerts.
For both types of message, if you specify a text for both languages, FolloSOFT will select the message language according to the contract.
Each text box indicates the number of characters available as the message progresses, as well as the associated cost for each SMS sent, depending on the size of the message.
Please note that each "SMS Alerts" text MUST contain :
- the variable $address
- in French: the words "Répondez Non pour vous désabonner"
- in English: the words "Reply No to unsubscribe".
The text "Alert SMS Validation" MUST contain the variable $address.
When the message is sent, the $address variable will be replaced by the exact work address as specified in the contract.
Click on Sauvegarder.
