On this page, you will have access to the characteristics of one of the companies belonging to the account. You will be able to modify the information and put forth available actions according to the contracts.
First of all, under the Details tab, you'll find all the basic information for the registered company: its name, full address, contact details (telephone, administrative e-mail for this company), website and sales tax numbers. To the right are two boxes where you can upload the logo and signature that will appear on the contract you send to your customers. Please note that this information must be entered for EACH company in the same account.
Below the information located at the top of the page, you'll find a list of messages to send as required, as well as slider buttonso enable or disable certain company-specific features.
Taxable: A green square indicates that the services will be taxable at company level, and MAY also be taxable at service and/or contract level, depending on the configuration made at both levels. A red square indicates that no tax will be applied for this company's services.
Activated alerts: A green square indicates that alerts are to be sent to the customer when the operator approaches the work site. A red square means no alerts will be sent.
Unlock past years: When red, the user will not be able to modify the details of previous years (to add a payment, for example). We strongly recommend that you leave this slider at red. If you wish to make changes, please unlock the slider button, making sure to lock it again (to red) afterwards, to avoid any unwanted modifications.
Completion Strategy: Two modes are available for this option, allowing you to track the progress and completion of a route according to a) the contract’s total amount (price) or b) the number of contracts.
For example: for a two-contract route where the first contract has a value of $400 and the second $200, the "Price" option will indicate a completion rate of 66% when the first contract is completed, i.e. a value of 400 out of a total amount of 600. In the same situation, the "Account" option will indicate a rate of 50%, i.e. one out of two contracts completed.
Calculate missed visits: It is possible to configure the way in which the level of completion of a route is calculated. When green, a so-called missed visit (a car blocking access, for example) will be calculated in the number of completed visits. When red, unsuccessful visits will not be counted in the completion report displayed.
Allow manual visit: A manual visit refers to a visit entered in the FolloSOFT web application, an indication either allowed (green) or forbidden (red).
