Companies
This section of the FolloSOFT application facilitates the management of various companies or entities under which your business operates. If you provide services through multiple companies, you can create a company entry in FolloSOFT for each entity, each with distinct characteristics such as name, address, logo, and much more.
You may also choose to segment your activities based on :
- Customer type - ("CompanyName - Residential" and "CompanyName - Commercial")
- Geography - ("CompanyName - CityName"),
You can segment with any other relevant criteria. Some of our clients run successful businesses using a single company in FolloSOFT, while others prefer to have multiple entities. The choice is yours.
However, please note that using multiple companies may introduce certain limitations. Feel free to consult our Customer Service for assistance in making your decision.
Via MANAGEMENT menu > COMPANIES
On this page, you'll find a list of companies within the FolloSOFT application. For each, you get an overview of its characteristics such as :
- Your company's logo
- An icon to identify the season
- The leaf - landscaping company
- The snowflake - snow removal company
- A "Clone Contracts" button - to migrate your contracts to the next season
Click on any of the companies to update their basic information and configure their features.
Upon your selection, a window will open, displaying 9 tabs. These will be presented in 9 separate sections:
