Set alert messages

Alerts can be sent using three methods: by SMS messaging, by email and by voice call. For each of them, the FolloSOFT application allows you to personalize the content of the messages. Additionally, each company under your account can have messages specific to it. However, you can opt not to personalize one or all of the alert messages, your customers will then receive a generic message.
Below you will find the procedure to personalize your alert messages. Note that you will need to repeat this procedure for each of the companies in your account with FolloSOFT.

Customize the SMS alert message

From the main menu, tap Management and then Companies. Select the desired company and access the Messages tab. Enter the desired text in the SMS Alert field for each of the languages you wish to use to communicate with your customers. In addition to the message text, you MUST include the $address variable in the message to add the contract address to the message and Reply No to unsubscribe so that recipients can end their alert subscription. Depending on the text size, the system will calculate the unit price for sending each SMS message based on this template.

If you choose to leave the SMS Alert fields empty, the FolloSOFT application will send your customers registered for the SMS alert the following default message:
EN:" Hi, this is your snow removal company. We will be there shortly. Please ensure your driveway is clear of vehicules, garbage bins,  trash etc."
Take this opportunity to personalize the message the occupant receives when registering for the alert service. To do this, enter the desired text in the Validation SMS Alert fields in the language(s) of your choice.
In the absence of personalized content, FolloSOFT will use the following default texts in this case:
EN : [Name of the company] has registered you to notifications for: [work address]
Reply  :
YES to confirm
NO ro refuse

Customize the email alert message

First, you must create a message template (see the article) which will then be designated as the message to send.
To access the option to personalize the email alert message, use the main menu to reach the Management section, then press Companies and select the desired company. In the Details tab, select the desired message template in the Email Alert drop-down list for the desired language.
In the absence of a personalized message, a default message will be used, i.e.:
EN:"Dear client,
A tractor will arrive soon. Please remove any vehicle, trash can, recycling bin or any other item from your driveway. Thank you for helping us serving you better."
Likewise, you can personalize the email sent to new email alert subscribers by selecting the message to send in the Email Validation list.
In the absence of a personalized message, FolloSOFT will use the following default messages:
EN: Thank you for choosing [Name of the company]
Please click the button below to verify your email address.

Customize voice call alert message

Sending an alert in voice format takes the form of an automated call where a recording will be broadcast. You must send the message file in wav format to our customer service who will configure the FolloSOFT platform to use your personalized message.
Without personalization, the following default messages will be used:
EN: Hi, this is your snow removal company. We will be there shortly. Please remove all vehicle, garbage, recycling bins and any other objects from your driveway. If you don not wish to be registered anymore, press 2. Thank you"
You can also send us a file containing the confirmation message of registration for alerts intended for occupants associated with the contracts. The default version text is as follows:
EN: Hello,
This is your snow removal company. To confirm your subscription to notification calls for thi season, press 1. To decline your subscription to notification calls, press any other key.
