The Email (STATS) section in Reports lets us know (on selected month) the events recorded on sent contracts via email.
Here is the explanation for each section.
Possible errors
The main cause of this category is that an element cannot be found which prevents it from being sent
- 550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist - Check the spelling or make sure you have the correct email address
- 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied - Check the spelling or make sure you have the correct email address
The emails were reported as spam
The emails were not permitted to be sent
- 554 5.2.2 mailbox full - Client has no more space available to receive mail (contact the client if necessary). You may also get user is over quota
- unable to get mx info: failed to get IPs from PTR record: lookup <nil>: unrecognized address - The domain is misspelled (e.g. @gmail.com)

The amount of emails delivered without errors
This is when an email is opened/viewed
When the customer clicks on the link to access the online payment portal
You can view the errors (if any) only on the red buttons by selecting them. You may also view all the information mentionned above on the Reports Generator page
