Generating a PDF of contracts in batch

This report can be used to generate a single file containing dozens, hundreds or even thousands of contracts. For those who send their customers a paper version of the contract, this file can be used as the basis for printing.

Select Reports > Generator



 


1. Define contract type

You must first ensure that you are generating the right type of report.
  1. Data - select Contracts.
  2. Formats -  select Contracts (PDF) or Contracts (Statement).
  3. Check the "Include Terms & Conditions" option if you wish to add your Terms & Conditions to each of the contracts within the file.


2. Select your criteria 

 

You will then need to determine which contracts will be included in the file, using the many selection criteria available.

 

3. Press Execute

Once you have validated your selections, press  to generate the file containing the contracts. The time required for the file to be ready for consultation varies according to its size and the load level of the servers.

As soon as the file is available, an e-mail containing a download link is sent to the address associated with your FolloSOFT account.
